Severe weather has caused thousands of homes and businesses to lose power due to severe weather in several states, causing at least one death and potentially spawning potential tornadoes. A strong weather system in northeastern Oklahoma with heavy rains produced three suspected tornadoes, which were blamed for the death of a 46-year-old homeless woman in Tulsa. In Ohio, firefighters rescued two people trapped under a bridge when the waters of an Ohio river began rising. In Wisconsin, a spring snowstorm is expected to drop more than a foot of snow.
