The scope of work will include a new bed tower that will include about 124 patient bedrooms, a new kitchen and dining facility, a new lobby with canopy, registration, chapel and connection to the existing Emergency Department, materials management, renovation of imaging spaces and four operating rooms, and addition of four new operating rooms, $104,182,198.

This is part of a $250 million, multiyear expansion of the campus that will add about 200,000 additional square feet to Saint Francis South.
