NASA/SpaceX spacecraft passes over Tulsa on reentry

If you were up early Tuesday morning, you may have seen a bright object streaking across the sky. The Dragon Endurance spacecraft, a NASA/SpaceX spacecraft returning to Earth from the International Space Station, passed over Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Vinita, and beyond early Tuesday morning. The object was seen by residents in Tulsa and Broken Arrow across the state. The crew-7 mission was returning after 199 days in orbit at the International Service Station. The Dragon Endurance passed over northeast Oklahoma at around 4:30am. Local residents shared their experiences on Facebook and FOX23 and KRMG Meteorologist Laura Mock also shared video from the station tower cam.

If you were up early Tuesday morning, you may have seen a bright object streaking across the sky.

That object was " target="_blank"> Crew-7 mission returning to Earth after 199 days in orbit on the International Space Station.

The Dragon Endurance passed over northeast Oklahoma at about 4:30am.

People in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Vinita and beyond all reported seeing it.

Tulsa-area resident Tim Davie shared from his perspective on Facebook.

FOX23 and KRMG Meteorologist Laura Mock also shared video captured from the station tower cam.
