Tulsa leaders host 4 public safety community conversations
Residents can ask questions, share concerns and discuss neighborhood safety with Mayor Monroe Nichols and city department leaders. Tulsa residents will have four public safety community conversations, with the first scheduled for Oct. 26 at the Tulsa Tech Lemley Memorial Campus. The discussions will involve leaders from the Tulsa Police Department, Tulsa Fire Department, emergency management, animal services, and other city departments. The meetings are intended to give residents a chance to discuss public safety issues directly with city officials and help leaders understand the needs of different communities. The conversations are designed to encourage collaboration between residents and city officials, particularly in public safety. All four meetings are open to the public and will be held through Nov. 5.
