Centre Technologies acquired Tulsa-based Jackson Technical, expanding its Oklahoma presence and adding cloud, cybersecurity and AI services. Centre Technologies, a managed services, business applications and cybersecurity provider in Tulsa, has acquired Jackson Technical, a Tulsa-based IT services company. The acquisition aligns with Centre Technologies' approach of pairing enterprise-level expertise with personalized service. Jackson Technical has served Tulsa-area organizations for 27 years and will now have access to Centre Technologies’ broader technology resources while retaining local teams and relationships. The combined business will offer customers access to expertise in cloud strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise resource planning systems and artificial intelligence. Centre Technologies has been expanding its Oklahoma presence in recent years and plans to build on relationships with businesses and communities across the state.
