DTP is launching two new grant programs to help businesses and property owners improve their storefronts. Downtown Tulsa Partnership (DTP) is offering two new grant programs to help businesses and property owners improve their storefronts, prepare vacant commercial spaces for tenants, and address water infrastructure needs. The "Facade + White Box Matching Grant" will support improvements to the facade and interior work for commercial spaces ready for occupancy. The second one will support permanent dumpsters, compactors, and other shared waste facilities to reduce litter, odors, pests and obstructions. The grants are subject to availability and approval. Applicants can apply at the DTP's website.
