The grants can be used to improve a building's appearance or prepare a vacant ground-floor space for its next business. The Waste Infrastructure Grant covers 50% of approved eligible costs, with a minimum award of $10,000 and maximum awards of $7,500 for a combined or shared system serving multiple businesses or properties. Applicants must finance project costs before receiving payment.
